Abstract

¿¬±¸ ¸ñÀûÀº ½ÃÁß À½·áÀÇ »ê¼ºµµ¸¦ Á¶»çÇÏ°í »ê¼º À½·á°¡ À¯Ä¡ ¹ý¶ûÁúÀÇ Ä§½Ä¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâ ¹× Ä§½ÄµÈ ¹ý¶ûÁú¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÀΰøŸ¾×°ú ºÒ¼ÒÀÇ À籤ȭ È¿°ú¸¦ ¿¬±¸ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀ̾ú´Ù. ½ÃÁßÀÇ 25 Á¾·ùÀÇ À½·á¸¦ Ç¥ÁýÇÑ ÈÄ pH¸¦ ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´°í, Ç¥¸é¹Ì¼¼°æµµÃøÁ¤¹ýÀ¸·Î À¯Ä¡ ¹ý¶ûÁúÀÇ Ä§½Ä ¹× À籤ȭ ½ÇÇèÀ» ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù. À½·áÀÇ pH´Â ´ëºÎºÐÀÇ À½·á°¡ pH 5.5ÀÌÇÏ¿´´Ù. »ê¼º À½·á¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ À¯Ä¡ ¹ý¶ûÁú Ç¥¸é¹Ì¼¼°æµµÀÇ °¨¼ÒÀ²Àº ÂøÇâź»êÀ½·áÀÇ °æ¿ì 5ºÐ ÈÄ°¡ 16.90%, 10ºÐ ÈÄ°¡ 25.11%, 30ºÐ ÈÄ°¡ 35.10%, 60ºÐ ÈÄ°¡ 41.62%À̾ú°í, À籤ȭ¿ë¾×¿¡ ´ã°¬À» ¶§ Ç¥¸é¹Ì¼¼°æµµÀÇ È¸º¹·üÀº 1½Ã°£ ÈÄ¿¡ 61.52%, 24½Ã°£ ÈÄ¿¡ 67.96%, 48½Ã°£ ÈÄ¿¡ 72.13%, 72½Ã°£ ÈÄ¿¡ 75.93%À̾ú´Ù. °á°ú´Â ½ÃÁß À½·áÀÇ ´ëºÎºÐÀÌ »ê¼º À½·áÀ̸ç Ä¡¾Æħ½ÄÁõÀÇ ¹ß»ýÀº ºü¸£°Ô ÀϾ´Â ¹Ý¸é¿¡ À籤ȭ´Â »ó´ëÀûÀ¸·Î ´À¸®°Ô ÀϾ´Ù´Â °ÍÀ» ½Ã»çÇÏ°í ÀÖ´Ù.

The purpose of study was to assess the influence of acidic drinks on the erosion of tooth enamel and the effect of fluoridated saliva on the remineralization. Twenty five drinks were sampled. The erosive potential and rem¡©ineralizing effect were measured by the tooth surface microhardness test. The pH of most drinks were below pH 5.5. Reduction rates of enamel surface hardness by the flavored carbonated drink were 16.90%, 25.11%, 35.10%, and 41.62% after 5, 10, 30, and 60 minutes of demineralization. and recovery rates by remineralizaing solution were 61.52%, 67.96%, 72.13%, and 75.93% after 1. 24, 48. and 72 hours of remineralization, respec¡©tively. The results suggest that the most drinks in the markets have the potential to erode the teeth and that erosion occurs fast but remineralization proceeds slowly.
